1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SaaS Dummies (the "Service"), operated by SaaS Dummies ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Service.
2. Description of Service
SaaS Dummies provides automated software testing services. Our Service uses AI-driven browser automation to simulate real user behavior on web applications and generate testing reports, findings, and recommendations.
The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Automated browser session recording and playback
- AI-generated analysis of user experience and functionality
- Bug and issue identification reports
- Per-tester persona-based testing flows
3. Eligibility and Authorization
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You own the website or web application being tested, or you have explicit authorization from the owner to conduct automated testing
- Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- You will not use the Service to test websites you do not own or have authorization to test
Unauthorized testing of third-party websites may violate computer fraud laws. You assume all legal responsibility for ensuring you have appropriate authorization.
4. Payments and Billing
Certain features of the Service, including the Quick Check, require payment. Fees are charged in U.S. dollars.
- Quick Check: $29 per test run (5 AI testers, single URL)
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information
- All fees are charged at the time of purchase
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
5. Refund Policy
Due to the computational resources consumed by each test run, we generally do not offer refunds once a test run has started. However:
- If a technical failure on our end prevents test completion, we will provide a re-run or refund at our discretion
- Refund requests must be submitted to support@saasdummies.com within 7 days of purchase
- We reserve the right to issue credits in lieu of cash refunds
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Test websites or applications you do not own or have authorization to test
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or overload any system
- Circumvent rate limits or attempt to abuse the platform
- Submit malicious URLs designed to harm our infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute test results as your own proprietary testing service without our written consent
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party terms of service
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by SaaS Dummies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Test reports and results generated for your account are yours to use. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data derived from test runs to improve the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Test results are generated by automated AI systems and are not a substitute for professional QA engineering, legal advice, security audits, or accessibility assessments.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAAS DUMMIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaS Dummies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your testing of websites without proper authorization.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
